  • I love a good ol D.I.Y but some items/decor I just feel like even if you can replicate it and the supplies are way cheaper to do so then buying the actual piece, the longevity of it being a diy isn't as long as if you buy it out the store. Of course depending on what it is and how much effort you put into your d.i.y.

  • I love your Goodwill girl! MInes are really a hit or miss!

  • You can replicate it girl.

  • Omgggggg!!! I love this video!!!

  • I love the lamps. I'm not into matching things as long it's similar in style, height and color scheme I'm going for. I love mismatching but tying it all together!!

  • I thought the Goodwill prices were too high. However, in certain regions, like in my hometown of San Francisco, the economy is far different than where I live now.
Unfortunately, almost all used items are haunted. Sometimes they don't start out that way, but will spread like a virus throughout the store. I dearly wish I could wear thrifted clothes and adorn my home with used furniture or decor.
When I wear salvaged clothes, it feels like a stranger, the previous owner, is inside the clothing along with me. Trust me, it's a very creepy feeling.
Even walking into a thrift or antique store is unbearable, because the entities know I'm intuitive and they will start yelling at me.
Once I merely picked up an antique decorative item, and a negative entity that was attached to it followed me home!

The home decor shown here from the discount retail store was rather ugly, and likely why they ended up there. This is also why they'd be easily replicated, because they are poor quality.
My preference is decor that offers both form and function. Otherwise, it's just clutter to me.
I'm sad I cannot shop the thrift stores, because it matches my sustainability ethos.
Thank you for your DIYs, those are enjoyable to me.

  • Great video! Love the first one from Homegoods. I can totally make that easily.

  • where you say that curio cabinet was $39.99….man, where I live they would've added anywhere plus $50..00 _ $100.00…I need to know where you goodwill are and I'm talking about Baltimore
